Data Processing Agreement For Added Piece of Mind

FormDr offers all customers a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which outlines how data is used and obligations to security & data integrity. All we require is some basic information about your business, the type of data you plan to collect, and an electronic signature.

Your Data, When You Want

All data is encrypted in transit, end to end, and at rest. Log data is also encrypted to mitigate the risk of sensitive information stored in log files. Dual factor authentication adds another layer of security.

Additionally, all customer and internal networks are scanned regularly for vulnerabilities. Customer data is backed up every 24 hours and seven (7) days of rolling backups are retained.
