What is a packet and how does it relate to my plan?

A packet is a container of forms that you send to a recipient to complete. A packet can have one form or multiple forms. Regardless of how many forms or fields your packet may contain, it still counts only once towards your plan’s packet count once it is sent out to be completed.

Will my monthly/annual subscription be renewed automatically?

Yes, your monthly subscription will renew automatically each month and each year for annual plans on the day that you signed up. Your subscription will continue to renew until you let us know that you’d like to change your plan or cancel your account.

What happens if I pay for an annual subscription and cancel before it's over?

Your annual subscription will be refunded the prorated amount.

What's the difference between forms and documents?

Forms and Packets are online-first, so they will be created in our drag and drop form builder, and function the best in a web browser. Forms and Packets are most commonly used for:

  • Customers completing multiple forms at once, IE health history, demographics, consents
  • Advanced fields and functionality; conditional 
logic, autocomplete, file uploads, calculations,
and more
  • The most mobile-friendly experience, as online forms can easily scale to any device shape or size

Documents start off as a PDF file that you may be currently using. Fields and signatures are then placed on top of the PDF document and sent in a web browser. The end result is an electronically signed PDF that was completed online. Documents are most commonly used for:

  • Multiple e-signers (2+), collect signatures from multiple signers, set the signing order
  • Basic fields and functions, E-Signatures, text fields, check boxes, drop downs and more
  • Matching your exact PDF formatting, place fields over your existing PDF
  • Completing Gov’t, tax, legal, and official documents

What happens if I go over my usage levels?

If you go over usage levels on your account, then you can either upgrade or pay an overage fee. Overage fees are as follows:
