Resend Forms: Stop Chasing Signatures and Information

Too many times patients have been asked to fill out forms with the same information – over and over. Whether it is because of an annual update (such as HIPAA), sending to an additional provider for signature, or completing missing information – FormDr is stopping the madness. With the new resend feature, you can securely send HIPAA compliant online forms to to collect new electronic signatures or to another back to a patient. This adds up to less chasing, less forms and much less frustration.

FormDr makes it easy to resend HIPAA compliant forms back to patients.

✓ Resend to update demographics, HIPAA, and medical information. Patients can simply review and update any changes, leaving the rest of the form completed.  

✓ Resend to collect additional electronic signatures. Collect signatures from collaborating providers in multiple locations, all within the same electronic document.

✓ Resend to complete missing fields. Sometimes patients fail to complete forms entirely, or forget key information that you need prior to the visit. Easily resend forms back to patients to request additional information.  

✓ Resend forms via text and email. Make it easy for patients to complete forms on-the-go, from any device, anywhere. Patients will receive a secure link to complete their forms.

By default, resent forms are unlocked, which means that the patient can edit any information that they already entered in the form.

If you do not want the form to be edited, or just need a signature, you can turn on the Lock feature. Upon login, select the “My Forms” tab and go to Settings. From there, you can turn on the toggle for “Locked Prefilled Fields”.
